Bounce Log

The bounce log at Communications > Logs > Bounce Log is a record of all emails sent for your account that bounced back from their intended destination. Main Street Sites records these bounces in a log for two reasons:

1) You can review the log and fix bad email address where possible.

2) Future emails are automatically not sent to known bad email addresses. This helps maintain a high-quality sender reputation for Main Street Sites' email servers.

The bounce log can be found at Communications > Logs > Bounce Log. The log shows a list of emails that were not able to be delivered:

To see the details for the bounce message, hover over it and select the far right blue down arrow. Click on "View." This will usually give you a good idea as to why the message was not delivered.
