File Vault
Your File Vault is a place where you can upload and store files that you want your website visitors to have access to. These could be brochures, flyers, images, forms… any type of file. (You can upload sound and video files too, but each file must be less than 5MB, and we reserve the right to limit the overall amount of space that you can use.)
Uploading a file to your vault
Go to Website > Vaults > File Vault. Each uploaded file will be listed in your File Vault grid. The grid
will be empty the first time you use this page. This example shows the
grid with two files uploaded:

Adding a File to the File Vault
Click the "Add" button to upload a file to Main Street Sites. You will be presented with Add File:

Next, click the Browse button to find the file you would like to upload from your computer to your file vault.
Enter the information about the file. The file name should be
something descriptive so that you can recognize it later. Enter a
comment in the "Comments" field if you like. Click the "Save" button to
add the file to the grid. At this point, you can add that file to any
of your website pages.
Editing or Deleting a File
To edit or delete a file, on the File Vault grid, hover over it and click the blue down arrow on the far right. This action displays a drop-down list with both the
"Edit" and "Delete" commands. You can also edit a file by clicking its
name. This action takes you to Edit File.

You can change the name or comment, or you can select the Browse button to choose a different file.
Inserting a file vault link
To add a file link to one of your pages, first go to the page where you want to insert the file. For example, to add a link to your Home page, select Website > General > Built-in Pages, and then select Home from the grid.
In a text box area, click your mouse on the line where you want to insert the file link. Click on Link button - it looks like this:
. Note: Some pages have two text box areas, so make sure you select the Link button that is on the toolbar directly above where you placed your cursor.

When you click the Link button, a small window will pop-up for you to select the file you'd like to link to.
In the "Link Type" field, select "File Vault." In the "File" field, select the file you want to link to.

When you select the file, text is automatically inserted into the "Display Text" field. You can change this if you want to.
Click the OK button. The system will insert a link for you.
