Merge Accounts

The Merge function enables you to blend together two accounts. This is typically done because a duplicate account exists.

Important! Merging accounts is permanent and cannot be undone.

To begin, go to Manage > Accounts > Merge. You will see the following page on which you can select the two accounts to merge together.

Click on the "Continue" button. You will see a page on which you can match up the contact information and student information.

Select the "Continue" button. You will see a confirmation message. When you have read the warning and are ready to proceed, select the "I understand..." checkbox and click on the "Merge Accounts" button.

 If the merge was successful, you will receive a popup message telling you so. You will also see the following page:

From here you can merge another account or click on "Done" and be returned to the main Accounts page. We recommend you look over the newly merged account.
