Entering an enrollment

Enrollments can be added from several different places in Main Street Sites.  If you add an enrollment while viewing a class, the class will be preselected on the enrollment form.  If you an enrollment while viewing an account, the account will be preselected on the enrollment form.

Below you'll see what the enrollment form looks like, and how to fill it in:

Note that only two class status values will occupy a seat in your classes.  Enrollments using any of the remaining values will not take up a seat in your classes.

If you wish to record a fee for the enrollment, you can click on the "Post a fee for this enrollment" option and fill in the fee related fields.  In most cases, you'll only need to specify an amount.

If you decide to post a fee later for this enrollment, you can find the enrollment in Manage > Activity > Enrollments. Click on the enrollment ID to edit it, and select the "Fees" tab. Under the fees section, click on the "Add" button.
