Generate Fixed Fees

This fee generator is most useful for posting fees that don't change over time, but are different for each family. 

 Generating fixed fees involves entering values on individual accounts and then using the fee generator to post those amounts on a routine basis.

 For example, you could enter a fixed costume fee on the Jones account, the Smith account and several other families: 

Jones    Costume Fee   $120

Smith    Costume Fee   $223 

 ...

Then you would go to Manage > Generate Fees > Fixed Fees to post all these fees all at once. You could post these fees using any schedule you required (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).

Fixed fees are added for an account by going to the account and opening the "Billing" tab.
