Additional Information About Reports

Information specific to each report is provided below. For information on running a report, see Working with Reports.

Attendance Sheet Report

The Attendance Sheet Report produces a roster for one or more of your classes. You can include class meeting dates on the report or omit them. You can also begin the meetings dates on the report as of a certain date. This option is used in cases where you have more meetings than can fit on one attendance sheet.

Class Contacts Report

The Class Contacts Report shows all enrolled students for a given class. It is different from the Attendance Report in that it includes contact information for the students. It can also include information about opens balances if you wish. In that case, an enrollment balance is shown (the balance for the student's current enrollment) and an account balance is shown (the balance for the entire account, including other students and enrollments). If these balance are zero, nothing is shown in this column.

Name Tag Report

The Name Tag Report prints names tags for one or more of your classes. The name tag format is intended for use with Avery #5395 (or equivalent) labels.

You can select the format and alignment for the student names. By default, the name tags are printed without any background. However, you can use any image in your Image Vault (at Website > Vaults > Image Vault) to provide a background for your labels. Note that you will need to size the image appropriately for your labels (you may find some trial and error is needed to create the best possible output).

Address Labels

Main Street Sites can print address labels for your contacts. The format for address labels is Avery label #5160.
