Working with Reports

Main Street Sites has a large number of reports that you can run. These reports cover your financials, enrollments, classes, scheduling and even include the ability to print address labels and name tags.

The majority of the reports can be run with just a few steps:

  1. From the Reports menu, open the report you want to run.
  2. Select or enter any filtering options.
  3. Select or enter any formatting options.
  4. Select the "Go" button to run the report. 

When you run the report, you can view it as a PDF (portable document format), a Microsoft Excel file, or an RTF (rich text format, which can be opened with Microsoft Word and other word processing software).
