Tasks Overview

The Tasks feature allows you and your staff to organize "To Do" items related to your business. Tasks can be assigned to staff members and given due dates. Tasks have statuses like "Open," "Closed," "Cancelled."

When tasks are associated with customer accounts, you can view those tasks by going to Manage > Accounts > Accounts, opening the customer's account and selecting "Tasks" (available under the "More" tab).
