How to Manage Product Purchases

Once you begin selling products on your website, it is likely that you will need to do some management of the purchases made on your site. This might involve physically shipping items to customers or just marking off that you have delivered the products in person.

To manage product purchases, go to Manage > Activity > Product Purchases. From there you can view the products that have been purchased on your website. If you are shipping products, you can mark each product as shipped. You may wish to do this even if you are not actually shipping products, just to make it clear that the products have been delivered. See Product Purchases for more information on how to do this.

You can manage your product purchases on a per-order basis by going go Manage > Activity > Orders and selecting "Product Mode." Only orders that contain products will display in the product mode. See How to manage product purchases (from Manage > Orders) for more details.
